* The league does not know a specific day or time for practices or games before the 1st of April. 

* Managers pick the teams in March and pick their practice schedule.  It is usually one night during the week in the evenings and a weekend day practice.

* Games schedules are done as soon as the league knows how many teams for each division. 

* Games are twice a week at 6pm. 

* Some Tball games may start at 5:30pm. 

* Saturday morning games may be played if field usage is needed to complete the schedule.

*The Annual Meeting of the Members of the Local League shall be held on the second Tuesday of September @ 7:00PM of each year for the purpose of electing the Board of Directors, receiving reports, reviewing the Constitution, appointing committees, and for the transaction of such business as may properly come before the meeting. (Any member interested in serving on the Board must submit, in writing or electronically, their name and desired position to the Secretary no later than 2 weeks prior to the Annual Meeting.)
